we are building the WMTS url at our end can calling getTileAsDataUrl() in tile-cache.ts file to store the WMTS tiles in the cache added the condition to prevent URL format change |

added the condition for WMTS tile URL
WMTS tile URL format is not as it is in the createInternalTileUrl() method
