Add Portuguese support for Finserv Observability Cloud

Summary

• adds Brazilian Portuguese (pt-br) support for the complete Finserv Observability Cloud workshop
• translates all 35 workshop pages while preserving product UI labels, technical identifiers, links, shortcodes, and code
• copies the workshop screenshots into the Portuguese content tree so the localized workshop remains self-contained

Review scope

• Portuguese wording and terminology across the complete workshop
• rendered navigation, notices, tabs, buttons, and images
• Finserv-specific terminology, including the wire-transfer workflow

Notes

• the pages mirror the English workshop structure and file inventory
• existing Portuguese locale infrastructure is reused without configuration changes
• no English source content is modified

• verified identical source/target inventory: 103 files and 35 Markdown pages
• verified frontmatter shape, fenced code, button labels, shortcode names, links, image paths, inline code, and placeholders
• visually reviewed the Portuguese landing page and a nested APM exercise with no browser console errors or broken workshop-local images
