DO NOT MERGE — data preservation only. This PR exists to keep the raw artifacts of the GB300 TPC-H SF1000 compressed-pinning campaign accessible after the benchmark node is wiped. See archive/README.md for the index.

Headline: dev baseline 20.74 s hot → 15.99 s (−22.9%) via GPU-pinned compressed fact tables + downgrade trigger/stop tuning + zero-copy scan materialize.

Contents: campaign notes (results, dead ends, lessons), the GPU-tier plan variants behind the 15.99 s recipe, per-column simpatico codec measurements on GB300, nsys hotspot reports for the heavy five queries (incl. the shared-memory occupancy findings: cudf single_pass_shmem_aggs_kernel at 6.3%, mixed_join at 43.8%, ans decode at 6.3%), and per-iteration logs for every experiment arm.

Working PRs backed by this data: #1354, #1355, #1356, #1361, #1353 (record), #1181/#1349, NVIDIA/cuCascade#177.
