Ffmpeg latency and logging improvements

This contains both the previous ffmpeg latency improvements and new improvements to ffmpeg logging

• Both ffmpeg producers and consumers now contextualize each log line with ffmpeg + the "name" of the resource as provided via AMCP
• Adds DIAG SNAPSHOT command that saves an image based on existing diag functionality
