In this repository is the code associated with the following paper:

There are three sections to this repository:
- stimulus_presentation. This contains the functions used to create the GUI for presenting visual stimuli (as well as files for 3D printing the imaging chamber we used).
- data_analysis. This contains the functions used to extract data from raw ThorLabs data files and analyse image and time series data.
- misc_functions. This contains miscellaneous functions.
The function plotfigure4panels was used to generate the plots used in the final paper.
