Stacked on #61. This is a development-time flag-day: all 15 production Plugin manifests move to Host API 2 / wire-schema 3, vendored Host packages come from one exact Host source closure, and browser clients use the generated host/8 SDK boundary with explicit disconnect. Multi Angle, Panorama Viewer, and Relight Studio now use Host-owned image sessions; generation references use opaque inputKey values across Multi Angle, Relight, JianYing, and ChatCut. Publication remains fail-closed pending independent image-session and generation-input Host receipts; no Plugin request modifies Host logic. Verification: full bun run check passed outside sandbox, including 21 workspace suites, 146 tooling tests, 7 companion builds/smokes, generated Skill API checks, and Marketplace verification of 25 packages, 26 immutable Releases, and 61 exact assets.
