This package is used to calculate the updated Charlson Comorbidity Index for a provided data.frame with one or more ICD10 comorbidity diagnosis codes.
This package will be extended to include ICD9 and may be extended to include functions to perform risk-adjustment for certain Ontario/Canadian hospital quality indicators such as Readmissions Rate.
