This repo contains the manuscript for the publication announcing the release of tskit 1.0.
Apart from the manuscript, this directory contains two datasets in YAML format:
- tools.yaml documents downstream software tools that use tskit. This is the raw data used to generate the table in the paper.
- contributors.yaml documents the contributors to tskit.
