Extracted from auth0#1022 and stacked on auth0#1557. Creates a top-level Applications group with task-oriented subgroups (Application Types, Register Applications, Configure Applications, Connections and Grant Types, Security and Compliance, Platform and Deployment), replacing the flat Applications in Auth0 list and absorbing Create Applications from Auth0 Overview. Merges view-application-type into confidential-and-public-applications with a redirect, and updates inbound links to the removed page. Preserves newer main-side content that the auth0#1022 file versions predate (third-party client_credentials and Organizations support, updated meta descriptions).
