Overview
VirtoCommerce.Orders is no longer taken from the GithubReleases list (previously 3.1012.0) and is instead installed from the AzureBlob prerelease feed as VirtoCommerce.Orders_3.1013.0.zip, alongside other QA/prerelease modules (Customer, Pricing, Tax, XCart).

This matches the automated vc-module-order QA update pattern: orders capability moves to a newer prerelease build without changing other module pins in packages.json.
