Overview
VirtoCommerce.XCatalog is now pulled from the AzureBlob prerelease source at 3.1014.0 (VirtoCommerce.XCatalog_3.1014.0.zip) instead of the GithubReleases list, where it was previously pinned at 3.1013.0.

This matches the automated QA update for vc-module-x-catalog and shifts that module to the same blob-based delivery path as other prerelease packages (e.g. XCart, Customer).
