Purpose of this PR

PR to address few CI related topics:

  1. Renovate bot --> I want to reduce the amount of PRs that renovate bot creates as those are adding unnecessary noise so I will remove develop related updates (as we will most likely not release anything from there so no point on wasting time updating things there) + I will fold all new PRs into singular one
  2. I'm updating all usual CI dependencies to latest
  3. I'm bumping pinned trunk and seeing if we have any failures on full CI. I will address any failures
  4. As per @unity-nikos suggestion from ci: Fix code coverage command in YAML configuration #4069 I will add Code Coverage job to PR trigger so we can integrate coverage check to our PRs and we can use /ci prv-coverage command
