The example config, three test fixtures, and the README all hardcoded voice_id "george" against model "simba-3.2" — not a real voice for that model (confirmed live: API returns 400). Swapped in geffen_32, confirmed real via a live GET /v1/voices call.

Adds a Speechify TTS extension (HTTP-based, buffers text until text_input_end) with config, addon registration, tests, and README. Speechify-Caller: ten header set per DevRel guidelines, simba-3.2 default.
