Five independent QNFO research programs, pursued across 2025–2026, converge on a single structural insight: ultrametric (non-Archimedean) mathematics — p-adic numbers, Bruhat-Tits trees, Ostrowski's theorem — provides the correct state-space geometry for fundamental physics, quantum computation, and optimization. The Archimedean (real-number, continuous) description is the ∞-place readout of a richer ultrametric structure.
