Sync Symbiotic CCV docs: resolver/verifier split and production guidance

Summary

Syncs the /symbiotic/* pages with the docs changes from the open PR stack on the source repo (all pages remain byte-identical copies of the source repo's docs/*.mdx):

• Resolver/verifier split — new "On-Chain Architecture: Resolver + Verifier" section, verifier upgrade flow, attestation storage locations, and a "CCV Deterministic Deployment (CREATE2)" section with address-affecting inputs (chainlink-ccv.mdx, architecture.mdx, deployment.mdx)
• Provider-first layout — updated script/test paths and CLI references after the contracts reorganization (cli.mdx, deployment.mdx, layerzero.mdx)
• Production guidance — measured verification gas budget table, key protection (deployer / operator BLS / relayer signer keys), production topology and ownership recommendations, recommended verifier composition for token issuers, and availability assumptions (security.mdx, chainlink-ccv.mdx, deployment.mdx, setup.mdx)

No new pages and no navigation changes — 7 existing pages updated.
