NavEngine is that system - an immutable Flatcar Linux product running across 58 organisations in Kenya, South Africa, Mozambique and Botswana. I deploy on hardware I've never touched, across Scale Computing, Nodeweaveaver and Opennebula, with no rollback button when something ships broken.

That context shapes everything I build: idempotent pipelines, offline license validation, explicit failure states, staged promotion gates, and observability as the primary operator interface.
