Portunus is an OpenPGP verifying keyserver (with support for the HKP draft) written using .NET Core 3.1 focusing on easing integration of PGP and security.

Currently the project is highly a work in progress, so no official installation information yet. Feel free to use it if you know what you are doing, though :)
