To flash radio:
    1. Route roboRIO end of PoE cable into your PC.
    2. Disable all other network connections besides Ethernet. To learn how, refer to WPI docs
    3. Open up-to-date version of FRC Radio Configuration Tool. Select the (only) Ethernet connection from the drop-down
    4. Enter in team number and robot name, then press "Configure Radio"
