Two-stage grid_submit.sh-based pipeline (map creation, then smoothing + FastTransform), one time slot per GRID job. Runs staticMapCreatorCPM.C / SmoothingExtrapolate.C / voxResQA.C / TPCFastTransformInitCPM.C, which live in the main O2 repository and install to $O2_ROOT/share/macro/. Macro source defaults to that official install path (MACRO_SOURCE=official), with an alien-staging fallback (MACRO_SOURCE=alien) for use before a packagespec with the merged macros is published.
