[FEATURE] zerodds-idlc build crate

This is a fantastic project!
It would be great if we could have a dedicated hdds_build crate (or module) to compile IDL files directly within a project's build.rs script. This would eliminate the need to invoke external tools or CLI commands manually during the build process.

For reference, a similar pattern is implemented by prost-build.

Thank you again, Adriano—your prost-build reference was exactly the right model for this.

We have now built a dedicated zerodds-build crate following that pattern. It provides a native build.rs API for compiling IDL files without manually invoking zerodds-idlc, while sharing the same composition pipeline as the CLI.

The crate is already available on main, included in public commit 754e7b3. It also handles transitive #include tracking, preprocessor definitions, vendor key pragmas, default extensibility, semantic validation, and TypeObject generation.

It will become available through crates.io with the RC.7 deployment. The publication has to follow the workspace dependency order because zerodds-build depends on the new zerodds-idl-compose crate, which must be published first.

We will keep this issue open until both crates are live on crates.io and the zerodds-build documentation is available on docs.rs. We will then post the final dependency snippet and publication links here.

Thank you for the excellent suggestion—it resulted not only in the requested helper crate, but also in a shared build pipeline that keeps build.rs and the CLI aligned. Feedback will be very welcome once RC.7 is published.
