IPSec phase 2 pane is really too small

Describe the bug

In the VPN -> IPSec -> Status overview page, the pane for the phase 2 is most of the time really too small. Maybe it's du to the total number of tunnels I have (46 tunnels configured). When I select one of the P1 to see the corresponding P2, I can only see 2 (and even the second one is truncated) P2. On some tunnels I have more than 10 P2

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have some IPSec tunnels configured
2. In the status overview page, select a tunnel which has a few (at least 3) configured phase 2
3. See that pane to display the Phase 2 is really small, and you have to scroll to see them. Even though the page has plenty of available space

Expected behavior

The pane to list P2 should really be bigger

I haven't updated to 2.7.0 yet, would the default changed to 5 in this version ?
