Custom layouts for special keys

If some people run with custom special keys and would like to test a new layout or simply want to see how it feels like if they move the keys around might be an interesting option for them to be able to switch alt ctrl shift tab caps backspace between them. which will be able to be combined with the current layouts for letters.
