test-configs.yaml: Enable kselftest-tpm2 on grunt

grunt has a cr50 TPM chip that is accessible through an i2c bus. By
running this test, we're checking that the tpm_tis_i2c_cr50 driver
interfaces correctly with the TPM chip.
