* ur4guys: update ROM

Fix so the end, win, and leaderboard PRESS START prompts only advance
on START (they previously also accepted A). No asset changes.

* ur4guys: update ROM

Latest build: audio drone fixes (pause-quit / game-over), pink-tutorial
crawl tearing fix, same-shape/same-color customize editing, arcade cursor
default, and selected-cell label colour.
