How To Obtain Gain "K" Value From Root Locus Plot - Or Other Tool Needed?

being that the root locus plots the transfer function as the gain "K" is varied, how do you actually obtain the gain value for a particular location on the plot?

I think you are asking in the wrong place. What you are asking about is provided elsewhere so you’ll need to find out the provider of that technology and ask them.
