If I may add something to what @opcoach said, a good way to interact "directly" @LeeLinkoff is to join the eclipse matrix chat (see https://github.com/eclipse-ide/.github/blob/main/help.md) |

Hi Lee,
I am one of the Eclipse community mentor (with @HannesWell https://github.com/HannesWell) who can help you to get started with your onboarding. As Frederico mentioned, the first links are the starter pages to familiarize yourself with all the processes.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have and ... welcome !

I would love to be a unpaid contributor for numerous reasons (give back to community, extra credentials - seen where contributing to open source can improve hiring prospects, increase professional technical network, etc.
Qualifications: BS degree in CS, 30+ years in IT and software development.
