Embeddings process stops working_Urgent: project deadline is soon

I'm trying to extract some embeddings from acoustic data from one of my sites as a part of my Uni degree, however it seems to stop working when it is nearly complete. Once it reaches 80.8% complete, it stops processing and shows this loading symbol. I have tried this about 5 times and it just does the same thing. My uni supervisor says that I have done everything correct and she doesn't know what is happening. I have attached a clip showing what I mean.

From the video alone its not really possible to tell what is going wrong.
Does the error log under the settings-tab show any errors?

Aside from that i also want to mention that the loading symbol is also typically shown during the time when the results are written to the file output.
Depending on the dataset size this might be taking some time, so i would recommend letting it run for a while to see if it finishes eventually.
