models from ide unavailable in cli

Checks

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Expected behaviour

I have Kiro+ and In Kiro IDE I have the newest models:

But in kiro-cli I don't have them:

Why?

Actual behaviour

All models will be available also in the cli.
