Description

Marketplace framework installation is not working on every tools when following step by steps

Expected behaviour

For Cursor (Marketplace version) :
 then reload (**Developer → Reload Window**): -> obsolete, automatic recharge

For Copilot (Marketplace version) :
Got Failed to add marketplace: Error: [fetchManagedSettings] Server returned 401 when using copilot plugin marketplace add ...
Proposed fix : This command is working well copilot -i "/plugin marketplace add ai-driven-dev/framework"

Observed behaviour

Globally everything is ok except these point
It might be usefull to see how to not display commands multiple times when framework is installed host wide for multiple tools (cursor displays multiple times same command in that case for exemple)
