[Bug]: Empty schema name

Summary

If a new schema is created with the suggested schema IRI "http://graph#" the schema name is empty.

Steps to reproduce

1. Right click in the tree
2. Select "Add Schema"
3. In the "Add schema" dialog: "Demo" as "Dataset" and "http://graph#" as "Schema (RDFS)"

Expected behavior

The IRI should be marked as invalid.

Actual behavior

The IRI is accepted resulting in an empty schema name.
