Hello to all !
I am new to Rosetta world and have following questions:
1.) Is it possible to apply symmetry function to a fibril structure? The protein I am working on is a fibrilic heptamer (Curli/csgA/8ENQ). If I am correct, the .symm file that is generated is for rotational symmetery.
2.) Any paper/protocol/code where rosetta has been been applied to fibrills?
