systemd-initrd not able to boot non-nitro instances (like t2)

Seems that non-nitro instance types fail to reboot. Can't find the disk.
I guess the list of default kernel drivers changed with the switch to systemd-initrd in unstable

Options:

1. Fix that?
2. Add to the release notes that non-nitro is not supported

@lovesegfault could you please try out the NixOS-unstable image on Bare Metal and see if it has the same issue? I don't have the money for that.

Usually not my domain, but is this related? NixOS/nixpkgs#313933

My take: probably should have moved it to boot.initrd.availableKernelModules so udev can load it via modprobe without nixos force-loading it.
