Filter by installation source

Describe the new feature

It would be useful in cases,

• where you e. G. want to see which Apps are from Googles Playstore (to hopefully find open source alternatives for them ;)

• where you want see, which Apps you've installed via F-Droid or

• via AppManager installer/the systems own session installer, to be able to check if these apps, have an official app store release somewhere

• say there's an app source, where infected apps got distributed and you quickly need a way to see, which apps came from that source

etc. etc.

It could be selected between different installation sources in an dropdown menu (just like the "Profile name" option - see Screenshot).

Try adding a new Profile -> Filter -> Installer and put 'Google Play Store' in the regex field. In theory should work, even if was unable to populate list...

Right now, it only supports package name. You need to put com.android.vending

While this approach works, I would still prefer if AppManager could query all installers and show them as selectable filters in the app list.

This would just be more convenient and easier to use for newcomers.

There are almost an infinite possibility of filtering, and frankly there's no way to accommodate all the users' need without introducing complexity making it harder to maintain the project for an individual like me (App Manager is like a hobby project where I can spare a limited amount of time per month). I'm not saying that the current solution is the best solution (I have other plans around this new filtering mechanism), but the solution will always be much more generic than you expect them to be.
