Question: How to install this script?

This is not an issue, just a simple (maybe stupid) question: I don't see notes here on how to install this for use on my system.

Where / How do I/we install this script?

(I love that someone wrote a script for this, and am amazed KDE developers did not add some function like this by default many many releases ago!!)

it is an old script of 8 years ago that is for X11 and require some changes like changing the coordinates but works only on xorg.
