Commands in the search bar change when changing settings

Steps to reproduce the bug

1 On the right of the search bar there are three commands: sort by, selector for contacts source(s), three dots menu.
2 Go to settings and change the “Use English language” toggle (it also happens if “Show phone numbers” is changed, and maybe for other toggles as well).
3 Go back to the main UI.

Expected behavior

The “original” commands in the search bar are always shown.

Actual behavior

The first two commands are changed. Now there is 1) a dialpad and 2) a grid/list selector.
Changing tab resumes the “original” commands.
