Trademark Policy

"BrainDrive" and the BrainDrive logo are trademarks of BrainDrive LLC.

The MIT license grants permission to use, modify, and distribute the code. It does not grant permission to use the BrainDrive name, logo, or branding in ways that imply official endorsement or affiliation.

Quick summary

  • You can fork, modify, host, and sell services built on BrainDrive
  • You can say "Powered by BrainDrive" or "Built on BrainDrive"
  • You cannot use "BrainDrive" as your product or company name
  • You cannot use the BrainDrive logo to brand your own project
